Welcome to WePartyNow! We are a ticketing and registration platform dedicated to bringing the world together through live experiences. Through our platform, mobile app and services, we enable people all over the world to create, discover, share and register for events. WePartyNow's services, features and offerings are available online through the mobile application are referred to as "WePartyNow properties" or our "Services".

When this Privacy Policy uses the term "Organizer" we mean event creators using the Services to create events for consumers using our Services(a) to consume information about, or attend events, or(b) for any other reason. Organizers, Consumers and third parties using our Services are all referred to in these Terms collectively as"Users","you" or"your".

Application
This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that can be associated with or which relates to a person and/or could be used to identify a person("Personal Data") that is collected from Users on or through the Services. We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. Because of that, we have created this Privacy Policy. When you use or interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data. Sometimes this will be on our own behalf and other times this will be on behalf of an Organizer using our Services to run an event. This is an important distinction for EU data protection law purposes.
What data do we collect?
WePartyNow B.V. obtains the following data to optimize our services for the user:
- To enhance the WePartyNow experience and for user authentication: phone number and/or email address;
- IP address solely for security purposes;
- Personal data resulting from events created and/or attended by the user;
- Personal data from user activities, such as adding friends, following profiles, and inviting others;
- Personal data actively provided by the user, for example, by adding a profile picture or birthdate.
How do we collect your data?
Personal data is directly provided by the user. We collect and process data when the user:
- Registers with WePartyNow B.V. via an email address and/or phone number;
- Directly provides personal data, for example, by filling out a profile;
- Necessary cookies are collected for the operation of our product, and analytical cookies are used to improve the user experience of WePartyNow B.V.;
- Data generated by actions such as adding friends and interacting with events are called usage data. WePartyNow B.V. collects this data to improve our product and provide a better experience for the user.
WePartyNow B.V. collects the above data to:
- Allow the user to create a profile and start the WePartyNow experience;
- Inform the user of changes in our services and products;
- Use the data to ensure the functionalities of WePartyNow, such as organizing and attending events, and finding events that may be of interest to the user;
- Display targeted advertisements; WePartyNow B.V. offers a service for event organizers to advertise their events on the app. The algorithm uses the collected data to determine which user sees which event.
All Users
Information you provide us:
For all Users we collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as when you register for access to the Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys or browse or use certain parts of the Services. The Personal Data that we may collect includes without limitation your name, gender, email address, relationship status and other information that enables Users to be personally identified. All personal data provided will not be traceable to your identity and also not visible for other users of the Service.
Information we automatically collect:
We also automatically collect certain technical data that is sent to us from your mobile device and/or browser through which you access the Services("Automatic Data"). Automatic Data, includes without limitation, a unique identifier associated with your access device and/or browser(including, for example, your Internet Protocol(IP) address) characteristics about your access device and/or browser, statistics on your activities on the Services, information about how you came to the Services and data collected through Cookies and other similar technologies. We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Organizers, other Consumers, social media or other third party integrations, your credit card issuing bank, our payment processing partners or other third parties.
Organizers
As an Organizer we will collect Event Data for the complement of your event page.
Information you provide to us:
In some cases, organizers provide us Data such as: name, location, date, time, genre, ticket price, ticket link, photos, videos and other important event information.
Information we obtain from other sources:
In other cases, organizers give us the permission to collect all above mentioned information ourselves. We also may collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as third party websites.

This means that your data is protected under Articles 7 and 8 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, Article 16 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, and, of course, by the GDPR.
